ITEPAC is accredited to ISO 9001:2015!

This means that we have a solid leadership commitment to all facets of our ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (QMS), a customer-centric approach to continuous improvement across the organization, a coordinated goal to understand and demonstrate critical processes, and a commitment to total quality management.

Many of these standards, especially those that emphasize ongoing quality development, are also the foundation of our business. Constituents can be confident that our accreditation is committed at all levels of the organization to providing the best quality product to its constituents by holding our certification processes to the same standard of third-party evaluation that ITEPAC itself advocates.

We have always taken great pride in our methodology and the high standards we set, and now that our company has been through an audit by a qualified third-party certifier, we have the independent confirmation that we have a QMS that is established and operating properly and satisfies the highly regarded requirements of the ISO 9001 Standard.
